HunyuanVideo 1.5 is image-to-video: start from a product photo, an AI product shot, or an AI influencer frame.
Write the camera move and the action. The model card highlights cinematic motion, so describe pans, pushes and subject movement.
Choose 480p or 720p and export in 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts or 16:9 for YouTube.
HunyuanVideo 1.5 is Tencent's video model. Its Kreavo model card reads: Tencent 8.3B image-to-video, cinematic motion. It generates 5, 8 or 10 second clips at 480p or 720p in 9:16 or 16:9, and requires a starting image. It is one of the two low-cost image-to-video models on Kreavo, and the one with an 8-second middle option, which is handy when 5 seconds is too short for a product reveal and 10 seconds is too long for a hook.
Kreavo is pay-as-you-go: 1,000 credits cost $10, so one credit is $0.01 — the top-up rate. Monthly plans can be cheaper. There is no Tencent plan to buy; HunyuanVideo 1.5 runs from the same balance as Kling, Seedance, VEO and the image models.
HunyuanVideo 1.5 and Hailuo 2.3 from MiniMax are priced almost the same ($0.67 to $1.07 versus $0.64 to $1.07). Hailuo 2.3 outputs 1080p in 6 or 10 seconds; HunyuanVideo 1.5 outputs up to 720p but adds the 8-second option. Grok Imagine from xAI is cheaper at 480p ($0.17 for 6 seconds) with a creative rather than cinematic style. If the clip needs native audio or multi-shot storytelling, Kling 3.0 from Kuaishou ($1.40 to $4.20) is the next tier. Because every model is in one account, you can render the same starting frame through each and compare.
Kreavo top-up rate: 1,000 credits = $10. Monthly plans can be cheaper per video.
