1. Overview

KREAVO LLC ("KREAVO") strives to provide a high-quality Service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions and credit purchases. BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION OR CREDITS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS REFUND POLICY. This policy is governed by our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. Nature of the Service — Important Acknowledgment

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: • KREAVO provides access to third-party AI models for content generation. The quality, accuracy, consistency, and suitability of AI-generated outputs VARY SIGNIFICANTLY and are inherently unpredictable. • AI-generated results may not meet your expectations, requirements, or standards. THIS IS AN INHERENT CHARACTERISTIC OF AI TECHNOLOGY AND NOT A DEFECT IN THE SERVICE. • KREAVO does not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, quality level, or result from any generation. • Each credit consumed represents the cost of processing your request through AI infrastructure, regardless of whether the output meets your subjective expectations. • Failed generations (where the AI model returns an error or no output) are automatically refunded to your credit balance by our system — you are NOT charged for technical failures.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation: • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period • You retain access to all paid features and remaining credits until the period expires • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period • Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period and are not refundable or transferable • Auto-renewal is disabled immediately upon cancellation • You may re-subscribe at any time, but unused credits from previous periods are not restored

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following limited circumstances: a) Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charges, wrong amount, unauthorized charge). You must report billing errors within 30 days of the charge. b) Extended Service Outage: If a significant, verified technical issue on KREAVO's end (not a third-party provider outage) prevented you from using the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours and our team was unable to resolve it. c) First-Time Subscription Only: If you request a refund within 72 hours (3 days) of your FIRST-EVER subscription purchase AND have consumed fewer than 10% of your monthly credits. This one-time courtesy refund is available only once per user and is not available for renewals, upgrades, or subsequent subscriptions. All refund requests must be submitted by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances: • Credits that have been consumed (used for any generation request, regardless of output quality) • Free credits, bonus credits, or promotional credits • Subscriptions cancelled after the applicable refund window • Accounts terminated or suspended for violation of Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other KREAVO policy • Charges resulting from unauthorized account access due to the user's failure to secure their credentials • DISSATISFACTION WITH AI-GENERATED OUTPUT QUALITY — AI results are inherently variable and quality is not guaranteed. This is expressly acknowledged by all users upon use of the Service. • Service unavailability caused by third-party AI model provider outages (Google, OpenAI, Replicate, etc.), which are outside KREAVO's control • Service unavailability due to force majeure events • Unused credits upon account deletion or subscription cancellation • Price differences after a plan change (downgrades are not retroactively refunded)

6. Automatic Credit Refunds for Failed Generations

KREAVO automatically refunds credits to your account balance when a generation fails due to a technical error on our end or a third-party provider error. This includes: • AI model errors, timeouts, or crashes • Content policy rejections by upstream AI providers • Network or infrastructure failures during processing Automatic refunds appear in your credit balance within minutes of the failure. You do not need to contact support for these refunds. Note: A generation that completes but produces an output you find unsatisfactory is NOT a failed generation and does NOT qualify for an automatic refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible charge: 1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" 2. Include: your account email address, the exact charge date and amount, your payment method (last 4 digits), and a detailed explanation of the reason 3. Provide any supporting documentation (screenshots of errors, billing statements, etc.) Our billing team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. KREAVO reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. REFUND DECISIONS ARE MADE AT KREAVO'S SOLE DISCRETION AND ARE FINAL.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONTACT US DIRECTLY BEFORE INITIATING A CHARGEBACK with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. IMPORTANT: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with KREAVO may result in: • Immediate suspension of your account pending resolution • Permanent account termination if the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or unjustified • Loss of all generated content, saved data, and unused credits • KREAVO may contest chargebacks that we determine to be invalid and provide documentation to the payment processor Fraudulent chargebacks (filing a chargeback for services that were received and used as described) may be reported to fraud prevention services and may result in legal action.

9. Currency & Taxes

All charges are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates over which KREAVO has no control. Currency conversion differences are not grounds for a refund. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes charged are determined by applicable law and cannot be refunded by KREAVO independently of the underlying charge.

10. Changes to This Policy

KREAVO reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. The refund terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that specific transaction.
