1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of KREAVO's AI-powered creative platform (the "Service"). It is designed to protect our users, our platform, third parties, and the broader community. This AUP applies to all users, including free and paid subscribers, and to all content uploaded, generated, stored, or distributed through the Service. By using KREAVO, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies. THIS AUP IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AND VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND.

2. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use KREAVO to generate, upload, store, or distribute content that: • Depicts, suggests, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexualization of minors in any form • Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfake pornography or "revenge porn" • Promotes, incites, or glorifies terrorism, violent extremism, mass violence, or self-harm • Constitutes hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or other protected characteristics • Contains defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false statements about identifiable real individuals • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of third parties • Contains or distributes personally identifiable information (PII) of third parties without their consent ("doxxing") • Depicts graphic violence, gore, or torture in a manner intended to shock, disturb, or harass • Promotes illegal drug manufacturing, trafficking, or dangerous substance abuse • Violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation This list is non-exhaustive. KREAVO reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether content violates this policy.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT: • Create deepfakes or digitally manipulated content that impersonates real individuals without their explicit, documented, written consent • Use the Service to create fraudulent identity documents, credentials, diplomas, financial records, or other official documents • Generate content intended to deceive, mislead, or manipulate public opinion, elections, or judicial proceedings • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract AI model weights, architectures, or proprietary algorithms • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with credit limits, rate limits, content safety filters, or other technical restrictions • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to interact with the Service outside approved API access • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or generated content • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, ransomware, phishing content, or other malicious software • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service access without prior written authorization from KREAVO • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, usage limits, or free tier restrictions • Use the Service to conduct competitive intelligence gathering or benchmarking against KREAVO • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, servers, or networks

4. AI Ethics & Responsible Use

KREAVO is committed to responsible AI use. Users MUST: • Clearly disclose AI-generated content when required by applicable law, platform policies, or industry regulations (FTC, EU AI Act, etc.) • NOT use AI-generated imagery or video to fabricate evidence, news reports, or statements falsely attributed to real people • NOT create AI influencers, characters, or avatars designed to deceive audiences into believing they are real human beings without disclosure • Respect the dignity, privacy, and rights of real individuals when creating AI characters, especially public figures • Follow applicable advertising disclosure requirements (FTC Endorsement Guides, etc.) when using AI-generated content for commercial or marketing purposes • NOT use the Service to generate content that could be used for social engineering, fraud, or identity theft • Comply with all applicable AI-specific regulations in their jurisdiction (EU AI Act, state-level AI laws, etc.) YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING YOUR USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT COMPLIES WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

5. Export Controls & Sanctions

You may not use the Service if you are: • Located in a country subject to US government embargo or comprehensive sanctions • Listed on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties (SDN List, Entity List, etc.) • Acting on behalf of any entity subject to US sanctions • Using the Service to develop or support weapons, nuclear programs, or other military applications in violation of US export control laws You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable US and international export control laws and sanctions regulations.

6. Content Moderation & Monitoring

KREAVO employs both automated and manual content moderation systems: • AI-powered content safety filters are applied during generation to detect and block prohibited content • We may review uploaded and generated content for policy compliance • Users can report policy violations through the in-app reporting system or via [email protected] • We maintain a trust and safety review process for flagged content • We may use hashing technologies to detect known CSAM and other illegal content WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVIEW, REMOVE, OR DISABLE ACCESS TO ANY CONTENT THAT VIOLATES THIS POLICY, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. We also reserve the right to report illegal content and activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities. KREAVO IS NOT OBLIGATED TO MONITOR ALL USER CONTENT AND DOES NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR USER-GENERATED OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT THAT PASSES THROUGH OUR SAFETY FILTERS.

7. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at KREAVO's sole discretion: • Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a written warning with a requirement to remove offending content • Content removal: Violating content will be immediately removed or disabled without notice • Credit forfeiture: Credits used to generate violating content will not be refunded • Temporary suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension (7-30 days) • Permanent termination: Severe violations (including but not limited to CSAM, terrorism content, fraud, or repeated violations) will result in IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT account termination WITHOUT REFUND of any unused credits or subscription fees • Legal action: We may report illegal activities to law enforcement, cooperate fully with investigations, and pursue civil remedies to the extent permitted by law • IP blocking: We may block IP addresses associated with severe violations The severity of enforcement action is determined at KREAVO's sole discretion based on the nature, intent, severity, and frequency of violations. KREAVO'S ENFORCEMENT DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL except in cases of clear factual error.

8. User Responsibility & Liability

YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR: • All content you upload, generate, store, publish, or distribute through the Service • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights • Obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for content you upload (including likeness rights for any identifiable individuals) • Reviewing all AI-generated content before publication or distribution • Any damages, claims, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or content you create KREAVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONTENT CREATED, UPLOADED, OR DISTRIBUTED BY USERS, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM SUCH CONTENT.

9. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy: • Use the in-app report button available on all generated content • Email: [email protected] (for general violations) • Email: [email protected] (for copyright infringement — see our DMCA Policy) • Include as much detail as possible: URLs, screenshots, descriptions, timestamps All reports are reviewed within 48 hours on business days. We take all reports seriously and protect the confidentiality of reporters to the extent permitted by law. Filing false or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting account.

10. Updates to This Policy

KREAVO reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, industry standards, or our enforcement practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
