By accessing and using KREAVO (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. KREAVO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice via email or in-app notification.

2. Description of Service

KREAVO provides AI-powered creative tools including image generation, video generation, virtual try-on, and AI influencer creation. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate content based on user inputs and uploaded assets.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Credits & Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per generation and vary by AI model. Free tier users receive a limited allocation of credits per month. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (product photos, brand assets, etc.). Generated content created using the Service is owned by you and may be used for commercial purposes under your subscription plan. KREAVO does not claim ownership of generated outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or explicit content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, circumvent usage limits, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is created by artificial intelligence and may contain imperfections. KREAVO does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publication or commercial use.

8. Service Availability

KREAVO aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to technical issues, third-party provider outages, or force majeure.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. KREAVO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your generated content will be available for download for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KREAVO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
